Biography

Jorge Fernández García Chairman

  • He is a Economist and Buisness Administrator, he studied at the University of Chile, finishing in 1988.
  • Since his professional beginnings, in 1989, he has worked managing various areas of the company, working in pelaic fishing businesses, prawns and other seafood, Among the most notable achievements is the construction of the plant in San Antonio in 2001.
  • He served as CEO of Salmones Camanchaca for 15 years. a position he held from 2003 ulntil his resignation in April 2018 to apply as director of the company. It highlights in its management the development of all segments of its value chain, including the acquisition of strategic assets.
  • As CEO of Salmones Camanchaca, he led its opening on the Santiago Stock Exchange and the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2018.
  • On April 26, 2018, he was elected as president of the company, a position previously held by his father, Jorge Fernández Valdés, founder of the company.

Janet Awad Pérez Independent Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Business Administrator (Ingeniera Comercial) from the Universidad de Chile with an International Certification in Company Direction from the IoD (United Kingdom) and Risk studies at the University of Chicago. Winner of the Professional Career Award from the U. de Chile (2024) and chosen 9 times among the 100 Women Leaders.
  • Current Positions and Committees: She is also a Director at Grupo Portland (chairwoman of the HR Committee and member of the Audit Committee), Viña Concha y Toro S.A. (chairwoman of the Directors' Committee), and chairwoman of the board of Artel S.A., Director of Chapter Zero, and chairwoman of Fundación Generación Empresarial.
  • Corporate Governance: She is an elective board member of SOFOFA (former vice president), director of Conecta Logística, ComunidadMujer, and a member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Former director of Corona.
  • Executive Career: She possesses more than 20 years of international experience; her career at Sodexo (1998-2019) stands out, where she served as Regional Chair for Latin America and CEO of the Chilean subsidiary. She began her commercial path in the luxury products division of L'Oréal Chile.

Josefina Montenegro Director

  • Law degree from Universidad Católica with vast experience in corporate governance. She was awarded a President of the Republic scholarship. She has an LLM from the New York University School of Law and a business certificate from the Stern School of Business at the same university.
  • She is currently a Director of Sky, Codelco, Invercap and the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. She was a Director and the Chairman of Caja de Compensación La Araucana from 2016 to April 2024.
  • She was the Superintendent of Bankruptcy/Insolvency from 2010 to 2015, and together with the Ministry of Economy she led the preparation, legalization and implementation of Law 20,720 on Insolvency and Reorganization. She has been a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Board at the Ministry of Finance since November 2022.
  • She was Legal and External Affairs Manager at British American Tobacco from 2015 to 2017. She was Chairman of Empresa Portuaria Puerto Montt within the Public Enterprise System from 2018 to 2019. She was Chairman of the Chilean Association of Isapres from 2019 to 2020. She practices law at the legal firms Claro & Cia. in Chile and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in the USA.
  • She was a professor at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado Law School, and founder of the Infocap Legal Clinic.
  • She was selected as one of the 100 leading women in Chile by El Mercurio in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2023. She received an Exceptional Excellence prize in 2023, which was awarded by the Women Economic Forum.
  • She has been a mentor for WoomUp since 2016. This program attracts, empowers and showcases talented women. She is a columnist for El Pulso de La Tercera.

Tina Rosenfeld Independent Board Member

  • Business Administration degree from Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen Nürnberg, Germany.
  • She has worked for WalMart Chile, DyS, and the mass consumer company Beiersdof. She is also a Corporate Governance professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, an Endeavor advisor and an angel investor.
  • She is a Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Masisa S.A. She is a Director of Ohio National S.A., where she also chairs the Audit Committee.

Nicolás Campino Rodríguez Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Business Administrator (Ingeniero Comercial) graduated from the Universidad Finis Terrae. He holds an expertise and trade union recognition focused on the management of distribution networks and global logistics operations.
  • Current Positions and Committees: He currently serves as General Manager of Schryver Logistics Chile, leading the commercial and operational strategy of the comprehensive logistics services firm at a local level.
  • Corporate Governance: He has actively participated in the senior management of trade organizations and international institutions, representing the private sector before the Mexican-Chilian Chamber of Commerce and Investment, A.C. and the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Chile).
  • Executive Career: He has an extensive career in the shipping sector: He was General Manager of Karl Gross Logistics for Latin America, Regional and Area Manager at Hamburg Süd, Senior Vice President at Compañía Chilena de Navegación Interoceánica S.A. (CCNI), and General Manager of Agunsa in Miami and Mexico.

Claudio Inglesi Nieto Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Industrial Civil Engineer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) obtained from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), United States.
  • Current Positions and Committees: Partner at Altis Principal Investments, a role from which he directly leads and participates in the structuring, corporate financing, and execution of various private equity transactions and acquisitions in the regional market.
  • Corporate Governance: Director of Camanchaca S.A. since April 2017, simultaneously participating on the boards of Exportadora e Inversiones Agroberries and Oxzo. Previously, he held managerial responsibilities as director and president of Blue Express and Talana.
  • Executive Career: He was Vice President & General Manager of Amcor Flexibles in South America. For a decade, he held various senior management positions at Grupo Quiñenco, including General Manager of Alusa / Techpack and Deputy Development Manager, after starting his career at BCG, McKinsey, and Deutsche Bank.

Pablo Campino Edwards Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Business Administrator (Ingeniero Comercial) from the Universidad de Chile, he possesses prominent leadership experience in academic, executive, and directorial roles at a national level.
  • Current Positions and Committees: He actively participates in the insurance, agricultural, and real estate sectors as a director of Crawford Chile S.A., and as a partner and director of Agrícola del Norte S.A., Agroindustrial Las Tinajas S.A., and Inversiones y Rentas Vespucio SpA.
  • Corporate Governance: He has experience in the industrial, fishing, and aquaculture sectors, having served on the boards of directors of Pesquera Yadrán S.A., Chilefish S.A., Chilefood S.A., Besalco Maquinarias S.A., and Indura S.A. In the social sphere, he was a director of the Corporación Cultural para Ciegos (Cultural Corporation for the Blind) for 30 years.
  • Executive Career: He has a solid career in the services sector, where he served as a partner and General Manager of Crawford Chile S.A., leading the management of the firm until its final sale to the North American multinational Crawford & Company.
