Camanchaca S.A. and its Subsidiaries, in compliance with Law 20,393 “Responsibility Criminal of Legal Entities” has implemented a crime prevention model” MPD “, which aims to establish prevention and monitoring guidelines through the application of controls over the processes or activities with greater exposure to the commission of crimes described in the Law. In turn, and in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Board of Directors, the MPD incorporates measures, actions and controls whose purpose is to mitigate, supervise and combat the risks of infringement of the regulations on free competition in force in Chile.<\/p>\n
