Fettuccine Sautéed with Jack Mackerel and Black Olives

Ingredients
  • • 1 can Unica-brand jack mackerel in tomato sauce
  • • 100 g uncooked fettuccine
  • • ¼ onion, diced
  • • 2 pats of butter
  • • Parsley, chopped
  • • 20 g black olives
  • • Vegetable oil
Preparation

Boil water. Cook fettuccine for 10 minutes and set aside. Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet and then add the onion, olives, butter and jack mackerel in tomato sauce. Stir until it forms a sauce. Add fettuccine and sauté the pasta and sauce over high heat for 5 minutes. Serving suggestion: Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
